bibi ji BOOKING POLICY

Bibi Ji is a relaxed and casual dining experience Our Kitchen is open from 5pm Wednesday and Thursday and from midday Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We don’t take bookings for groups of less than 6 people. If your group is less than 6 people simply walk in and we will seat you as quickly as possible. If you have a group of 6 people or more you are welcome to either walk in or make a booking. Late cancellations and no shows make it very hard for us to continue to provide the high level of service we strive to achieve, as a result of this we have the following booking policy.

• For all bookings we take a pre-authorisation of $40pp to secure the reservation.

• We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or change in your reservation, If after this time you fail to notify us of any change or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge $40 per person that has not attended.

• Reservations of 10pax or less have a maximum seating time of 2 hours, and parties of 10pax or more have a maximum seating time of 2.5hrs.

• We take online reservations for up to 12 pax any enquiries for larger groups should be emailed through.

• All large party reservation queries for 13 or more and any reservation amendments can be made via email at goodtimes@bibiji.com.au

We understand that sometimes things happen and will always be accommodating if we feel that you have done your best to keep us up to date with any changes.
